Today degreed my cam and almost passed out. Right on the money, 108 intake centerline.....somethin's gotta be off. Run through it again and BAM, 108 again. Right where Comp says it should be.

I've had so many setbacks with this build it was kinda nice for something to go perfectly. First time, I think, I've ever had one "dead nuts" from the start. Guess I got lucky for a change. Wondering if it could be precise timing set. This Cloyes tru double roller is the first I've used in a lot of years and it's really nice. Nice tight chain and real good gear fitment.

Now have to decide to advance a degree or 2... then measure for pushrods. Hope I have clearance thru the heads:help:

Either this went well to make up for the past problems.... :D

Or... you have more problems coming.... #-o

Some things go good, some don't.... Just enjoy the ones that go good.... :glasses7: :happy1:
