Making torque plates

In another post I mentioned using a Bridgeport Volstro. Here is how he makes torque plates. I'll get some pictures of the finish product tomorrow He finished them. He has to press Stands into the plates tomorrow.

They are bored

Here they are getting cut. Then they are milled square and are machined to accept stands and then made pretty. I'll get the pretty pictures tomorrow

As useful as that head appears to be I'm surprised they aren't more popular

They are hard to find complete at a reasonable price. Bridgeports have many attacments. There are also different sizes. We only have three . A "series I" 9 x 36 inch table

After my son totally restored it. Every piece was taken off.all nee oiling system

Where is the thread about your son making and maybe selling sb mopar torque or honing plates?
