I have a 72 3spd floor shift manual .. I'm thinking of converting to auto / console set up. I'd like to get a pretty detailed account of what I'll need and difficulty. Ideally, someone that's done this and possibly guide me some if I have further questions.
Also, may be thoughts on doing this. I know it really comes down to personal preference, but I'm a bit torn because the car is unmolested and I lean towards originality.. So, with future value and desirability in mind, what are your opinions. I would hang on to the tranny if future buyer would want. Thanks in advance for your help and comments..!
