I have heard a lot of good things about Maryland Performance Center:

I used Mark Small Machine Shop in Westminster. Not cheap but good.

I gasket matched mine myself. Not that hard to do. Tape gasket to heads with ports lined up, lay intake on head, snug up the bolts, and then trace the top of the gasket to the intake with a sharp pencil. Now take it off and tape gasket to intake lining up the traced line. Mark intake and then open up the ports to match. Go a little smaller just to make sure you don't create a bump.
