too bad the seller isn't just finishing it - I always wonder why when I see things like this.. obviously has a bunch of time and $$ in it.. why quit now?

That car is at least 10K away from being done. If a guy does his own work. Other wise the cost is ...........
 
No Title makes it even a worse buy. I know in Wisconsin you would probably never get a title for it. It could only be a drag car.
Where do these guys get the idea, that it is worth so much with so much to do on it, or others like it. It always amazes me that they think cause they bolt some parts on, that they think they are sitting on a gold mine. What BS.

That's what I was getting at, depending on state you might not get a title or get "reconstructed" or "special constuction"
