Message and no Response

Hi there. Ive sent you guys a couple of messages through your website regarding an item I want to purchase, but I have yet to hear back. Since I am a first time customer, I am unfamiliar with how your fast your company responds to requests like this. Is it generally slow, maybe I should phone instead?

You'd think. It's my opinion that Rick was a rare bird in their camp that actually cared about people. I hope he's not the only one and I hope he's ok.

I called the shop today and got a recording that the shop was closing up for a show, then closing for some personal time reopening sometime this month(cant remember the exact date).
I just went somewhere else and ordered my part.
Not exactly a great first experience with them. Doubt Ill go back unless necessary, too many other shops that actually stay open and want my business.
