Mini tubbed, quarter panels trimmed back about 1/4 inch, Strange 60 narrowed 4 inches on each side, 325/50/15s on 15x10 wheels with 3 1/2 inch bs Fits like a glove!! I have about 1/2 to 3/4 inch clearance in the front and outside with absolutely NO RUBBING!!! I measured about 100 times before ordering my wheels.

I have a 17x11 with 4.25" backspace. 315/35/17 tire. Overall tire height: 25.6" Strange S60 built to 49 5/8". 373 gears, detroit locker.

The specs would be nice.

I like the idea of this thread. Ya you can search "mini-tub" but you'll be wandering all over... this would put things in one nice thread that will make planning easier.

BTW, when diff width is given I presume its to outsides of the axle hubs?

Also, I wonder if the thread title should be changed to "mini tubbing" rather than "minni" so its not missed by the searchers.

I am running 29.5" x 10.5-15 wrinkle walls. I ordered my Caltrac monoleafs with the spring mount moved 1" back for additional tire clearance in front of the tire.

You guys have some sweet cars. I have a 75 duster minitubbed, w/ Dana 60 Fremont a 69 ford F250 narrowed and converted to semi float axles ( mosier 35 spline) Detroit locker, and 31/10.50 15 Hoosier slick. Can't post pic from my phone but here is a link. Car is still in fabrication, but once fab is done I'll work on making it look good.

Just to let you know. It says you have to be a member of that site to see the pics. Sounds cool though and I would like to see it.
