These are a genuine Mopar Parts P/N 4383278 and are 12" x 2.5" brake shoes. I purchased a 1971 Plymouth Fury for some parts and found these in the trunk of the car. They are new in the original box, but the box does show some aging. From what I found online they should fit a 1985-1997 B1500, W100, B250 and D150 , but I'm not 100% positive on that. Please check the part number for your own to be sure. Asking $10 + shipping.
