These are a pair of Carter AFB 4bbl. carburetors, 3816S, that are used on the 1964 Race Hemi Crossram aluminum intake manifold.
They are intact, and nothing is missing from them.
Been in my collection for the past 40 years.
I never used these carburetors, so i have no idea what jet sizes, metering rods, internal parts, are currently in these carburetors.
