76 440 in my D100. I had to clearance the cover on the RH side and the LH was ok. Here is the problem. While trying to figure out what the RH interference was, I reversed the covers. Meaning the PCV is now on the front RH and the breather is on the LH front. Any issues?
No I can’t swap sides or I’ll have big ugly grinding marks showing. Both have baffles and this is front sump oil pan if matters. Stock had PCV LH rear and breather RH rear. Craig

If it works run with it.
Breather and pcv doesn’t care what side of the engine they work on as long as ones on one side and the other the other.

What did you have to clearance that requiered grinding?? pic?

No, pix since I didn't see this before I installed. It has truck manifolds so the RH has very little room for a cast cover. I had to take most of the outside rail off. Folks here would be using headers or Hi-Po so, it wont apply. Crossing my fingers, not leaks.
