I've been scratching my head about how it ended up on a Slant Six 1967 'Cuda. My thought was a factory error. It could be as you say, but it looks original to me. Hard to believe someone drilled the fender and put it in the factory location, especially when it was in an old lady's hands most of it's life. The mystery makes it special. Lol
