Motor mount bracket question

I just pulled this 5.9 Magnum out of my Dart so I can install a rebuilt LA 360. The picture shows how the motor mount brackets were attached. I believe this is incorrect, they should be on the rear of the tabs. Am I right?

That is actually a left side bracket and is for the early 318 with 4 ears on block. I think the R or X 340 block also have 4 ears.

Thanks. So not only were the mounted incorrectly, they were mounted on the wrong sides?
