Motor plate

Small Block Mopar Engine

    Im putting a front motor plate in my 70 Dart 360 and was wondering if anyone has done this and what can be done with the alternator and power steering pump? Does anyone make a kit to move alt to lower position etc. Any help would be great and or some pics of one done on a small block Thanks

    I just made my own stuff but my car is a chassis car with a rack and pinion, no power steering.

    And actually I don't have a good pic of it, this is with the old alternator and the car wasn't finished at this point. Looks basically the same except I moved the adjustment strap to the motor plate. Higher output alternator is just a tad bigger.

    What alternator was that in the picture? And what are you using now??

    That was a little 40 amp off a mid 90's Colt. Now I have a small 90 amp Denso off a Bobcat.

    thanks for the pics Im looking for a pic of one in a street car if at all possible with power steering and alt on passenger side if at all possible Thanks again for you post
