My car is finally in the body shop and having new AMD full qtrs installed (Fastback full Qtrs being used). Also new AMd trunk drop offs. The outer wheelhouses: the outer lips were a little rusted. Jim, my body shop expert repaired this are on the driver side. He's getting ready to cutoff the passenger side and replace with new AMD full qtr and trunk drop off. My driver side B pillar lock area was brazed many moons ago by someone. I have a donor B pillar coming from Wyoming. Very happy to have my car in this shop. My car is the last to get done, and Jim will reitre and work on his own Mopars finally. We are using RM Diamont paint for the exterior and LIMCO for inside the Qtr panels and trunk area. The RM Dioamont paint is $450 per Quart. Limco.. much cheaper.

Looks great. For me finishing the project gets a lot easier when it starts to look like a car again. Cool color! Are you putting the stripe back on?

Beautiful workmanship. Are you going to weld in subframe connectors, under fender bracing and an under radiator support? i used the complete US Cartool chassis stiffening kit and it made a dramatic improvement on my rust free 69 Barracuda.

Any plans to update the drive train for more performance?

Keeping it original with the slant 6. I can only cruise over here because of traffic on the roads.

More recent pictures Working on replacing vet window frames with near mint orginals from a member here, Mike Baird in Idaho. They are super clean and no rut or pitting on the chrome.

Whats your paint code? I think thats the color mine is supposed to be.

I'll try to take some good photos of the car sitting in the sunlight. All we have over here is clouds. Depressing.

Ok. Mine is suppose to be a light blue. Like a b3. Car looks great. Here is mine.

He does great work, must have a good following.

The paint job is a mess. However I want to drive it so bad. I might try to wet sand and buff. It needs quarters. Its a cool old car. My first vert.
