Oh man that sucks, easy to fix and could have been worse but damn that’s a bummer. The grilles are pretty easy to find, I’d create a “parts wanted” ad soon as you know what you need. You can buy headlight bezels new so that’s good. Maybe the fender can be fixed, but they can also be found.

Damn, that sucks. Good luck in finding parts to fix it.
That`s what I was expecting to see when I hit a deer in my 67 notch, the only damage was it shifted the bumper and chipped a little paint and that`s it! I lucked out...

Friend of mine works up N a few miles at the Navy research whatever, at Farragut /Bayview, Lake Pend Oreille. ("ponderay") Hit a deer with his then Neon junker/ daily. Neon scooped the deer up on the hood, broke the windshield, bounced off the roof, fell through the back window into the back seat and damn near kicked him in the head before he could get stopped.

I'm not trynna lecture you but you got off lucky. Good luck on getting the ol girl fixionated

A carpenter I worked with at VAFB, now keep in mind only people that can hunt deer on VAFB are USAF, there some bigass deer out there. He was drivin' his really nice XKE one morning, since he was a little early for the gate we usually used he had to take an alternate gate and a less frequently traveled route. Yup, he found one of those big bucks I had seen in that area. Wadded that XKE up like an empty Coors Light can.

No, I hit it broad side in the ribs. He lost his footing and his rear legs were down. Figured the meat would be bad.

Deer ins, "yes". I have comp coverage. Just not collector insurance. Could never get any of those insurance companies to cover me. I use my car too much and for things not appropriate for a collector car to do.
The core support is bent in a lil, fan went into the radiator.
