I know what it is, since I pulled it, but I never knew it existed and haven't seen one in person until now. This one probably wouldn't exist if it hadn't been on a '71 Demon that got t-boned 30+ years ago and put away. On a Slant but I'm confident it could be found on V8's as well.

Yellow rubber glove?????
You mean the ORANGE glove? Why, that's exactly right! I should have explained that I used an old picture where I was holding a totally random part that had nothing to do with this thread.

Wire loom holder that’s inside the engine bay along the inner fender?

I believe that holds the positive battery cable and slides over the top shock mount stud on the driver side inner fender.

Holds the Positive battery cable to the shock stud.

screw or bolt down clamp------

I'm still going with the orange glove answer.
They used blue ones on B-Bodies, and red ones on C-Bodies.

Here's the part installed on the car. Fits great, can't beat original parts!

I am cleaning out my closet full of parts that I ha e purchased or pulled over the last decade.

What is this heatshield for? I have a suspicion that it is to take hot air off the exhaust manifold and feed it into the intake for canadians and damnyankees.
It just needs to be bead blasted and painted
