It seems like back in the day race cars had some really smart names.
like stricknine(409 rat killer),quarter pounder,the assasin,etc.
any of you guys remember some of the good ones?
any pics?

The "L.A. Hooker" name was a takeoff on the "Ch-Town Hustler" and was campaigned by the Beaver Bros. and the Condit Bros., cousins and inspirations to John Force

Interviewed a guy last week for a magazine article who used to run a T-bucket funny car called "Stage Fright" - thought that was a great name.

There was also a twin 850cc Norton engined drag bike in the UK many years ago called "Hogslayer"
 
say a picture of a 68 hemi dart called the violator my car is called movin violation
