bet that got ya ! I had to drop my magnum force front end about .180 for oil pan clearance, via the hemi shim deal between it and the frame rails. I had previously hit the (drilled) holes for the steering shaft pins(bolts), dead on. now w/ dropping the aftermarket k frame the .180 , I have the steering shaft in a slight downward bind. can`t figure how to overcome this , and don`t really want to redrill the shafts, they are only 1/2" to start w/. car is all together and clearances are very tite! any suggestions ? thanks, bob

How is your hood clearance? Can you raise the engine that amount, and put the K frame back where it was? How about modifying the oil pan instead of changing a bunch of other stuff.

Are you saying the column adjustment is "out of room"? Maybe "egg" the holes in the floor flange?

I'd call magnum force.......

So do you need play up and down or in and out on the shaft? The stock columns do have adjustment via the flange opening and the dash mount.
