Need engine pad decode for a '68 383

I'm looking at picking up a '68 383 core engine. Here's a pic of the ID pad...can anyone decode it for me?

Thanks....I'm not sure what the triangle with "W" inside and the other numbers in that line mean.

R - Regular fuel, so it started life with a 2-bbl.

The W in a triangle looks like a re-builders stamp.

yep along with the stamped number as well
