New 30x40 shop

Well it was supposed to be built but the Texas heat got to them and they are behind.I got the loan payed down from 18,100 to 9,456 in 2 months.The contractor said give them 2 more weeks to get started.They have built several shops in my area.its gonna be Ash grey with a Stone gray trim ,insulated with a 16x10 door 12ft walls.Im gonna wire it.

Is that including the slab or not? I'm looking to build one about that size. Is that erected orkit?
 
It's all I can afford.My girlfriend took sum pics cause im on the road.Its going to be insulated and have a 36 in and a 16x10 door.My dad and I are wiring it and next month Im getting a new HVAC system for the house and am putting the old one in the shop.

Wow, the yard looks great, I bet alot of work went into clearing that much. Building a shop is fun, more so than building a car!!
 
Sure does, nice home too! I bet you miss your Camaro but a new shop will help you get over it :glasses7:
 
You sure turned your house and property around from kind of run down to something really nice and you should be proud of your accomplishments as well!
