Will it include the spider and lifter retainers? They can be tough to find if one is intending to do a roller build.
They're either junkyard fodder or have to be gotten used (ebay, etc).
If Blueprint has a source for those parts, it would be a great option for roller minded folks. So would whatever hydraulic roller lifters Blueprint is using since obviously you're able to make power with them!

It will not include tray/dogbones. i'll have to dig and see where we are getting them.
Lifters are fairly easy to source.

@Mopar Tim says he will take two if noone else buys one this week. what a nice guy!

In all seriousness, had a ton of guys in various threads recently asking for these. So i thank you all in advance for any action you can toss our way on these.

Hey Johnny, I hate to sound stupid here but here it goes.

Could you explain what’s in the quote.
Will this take a neutral balance converter?
Or do I need a B&M flexplate? Which one if so?

Tray/dog bones? Are those the holders for roller lifters?

Tray is probably local lingo for the spider.
Dog bones are what tie the lifters together and stop them from spinning around in there bores on the cam.

Hey Rumble. Not sure what ya mean? Short Block assembly is assembled crank, rods, pistons, and not much else. Ready for a customer to take it from there.
Basically a bpc4085ct in short block form.

Will this take a neutral balance converter?
Yes, my answer is that typically aftermarket converters are mostly neutral Balance. Customer then get the correct flexplate. in this case, an LA 360 weighted one.
Chrysler sometimes from the factory would weight converters, and use neutral flexplates. just keep yourself (and your converter builder) straight.

Or do I need a B&M flexplate? Which one if so?
Technically a factory LA360 flexplate will work, but for $100, idk if i wouldn't get a new one.
it'll differ from 904 to 727, and check with converter company for bolt thread size.

            727

            904

if you don't want to buy "retrofit" lifters with the cross bar built in. Yes. "tray and retainer" is the OEM setup.

              probably $250-350 difference...but you also don't need to locate a tray/retainers.

                            Couple of questions.

What's the piston dish size and how far is it in the hole?

Any chance on the name of the crank vendor?

I know you're using magnum blocks, do you have any early blocks in your collection, and would you be willing to put la cam bearings in one of you did?
