I bought a full bushing kit for my car which included the Leaf Spring Bushing Kit 5.2105
Its still in the bag. It fits '62 - '76 ABodies. I did not use it as I replaced the those bushings just over a year ago and not needed.
The kit lists for $66 on the Energy Suspension website.
