The Mustang Bullitts were getting a little tired. Finally got around to putting on my Christmas present. Same ratty old paint. Definitely matches the car better.

Thanks pal! Agreed. It just look right on these cars, don't it?
Its funny because when I was a kid (teenager) the first thing I would do to every vehicle i had was remove the wheelcovers and paint the steel wheels lol iv always liked the look of factory steel wheels. My dad would always tell me how trashy it looked and I should leave the wheelcovers on. Then I discovered the center caps and fell in love with them.

Well I'm a little older, but I've come full circle on them. First thing I would do was take them off and find me some aluminum slots. LOL

My goal totally! One day yet!
I didn't originally go looking for cop wheels, just regular steelies, but they were the only thing anybody had in stock. Junkyards and eBay were no help. So I figured what the hell. Now I'm glad I did.

It's on Kennedy Space Center (SR3) Kennedy Parkway North towards the VAB.

Duh! LOL....I see the big NASA building in the distance now. :BangHead: My wife and I went there in the mid 90's. We drove our 74 Duster that another FABO member now owns on the trip. We went all the way to the end of the Canaveral National Seashore Park, and went to the beach. We figured out right quick, that we were kinda out of place! On the way out, we saw a huge Gator laying on the other side of the canal ditch, and stopped to take a picture. When we got home, and got the pictures back from being developed, sure enough...there was Susan on our side of the canal ditch, giant Gator on the other side paying us no attention....and not too far behind Susan on our side of the ditch....in the picture there was water splashing and a Gator tail disappearing into the water! I don't know who it scared worse, me or her.
