Now of course since I said I liked the kid, 2 goals have gone in.
Blame it on my luck, Toronto fans, and my apologies.

I’m kinda liking this Woll kid, but I have to admit that Bobrovski had a pretty classy reaction to the deflected goal.
Ouch! That was a painful period to watch.

I will be 63 in July and still playing a few times per week. It’s no wonder these guys only play till there in their early 30s , the body punishment is insane. Don’t get me wrong I absolutely love this game !
Sounds a lot like the kind of guys I used to skate with down at BIG (Bloomington Ice Gardens) on Sunday mornings. Some ex-Stars, a few old Gophers, you know...the "typical" Twin Cities pick-up game.I will be 63 in July and still playing a few times per week.
Of course Im not in the NHL but I do play with some ex NHL/ college/ semi pro / Juniors players . Man the young kids out of juniors have insane skills ! They just keep producing more talented players every generation!
Dave Dahlberg grew up in Bloominton then played division 1 hockey somewhere on east coast . Lots of Minnesotans out here including 3 players that graduated from Minnetonka where I grew up .Sounds a lot like the kind of guys I used to skate with down at BIG (Bloomington Ice Gardens) on Sunday mornings. Until I took a slap shot to the ankle that swelled it up to the size of my thigh, that is. Just a few weeks shy of my 50th (10-1/2 years ago) I decided to give up the game, and all I kept are my skates, my sticks, and my gloves.
Good for you for keeping it up!! I salute you!

Minnetonka, eh? Well, at least you didn’t skate for Edina (says the Class of ‘83 Wayzata guy)!Dave Dahlberg grew up in Bloominton then played division 1 hockey somewhere on east coast . Lots of Minnesotans out here including 3 players that graduated from Minnetonka where I grew up .

Not looking too good right now, halfway through the third…Well let's see if Hellebuyck and the Jets can get their **** together and stop the bleeding and get home ice advantage back in best of 3 or end up on the wrong end of a 3-1 hole like Ovechkin and the Caps are facing.
