I have a 75 Duster that now has no head lamps / parking lights / turn signals or front side markers. Everything works in the rear. ( tail, brake turn and markers )
Also the turn indicators on top of the fenders glow constantly with the switch on.
I have replaced the light switch and dimmer. Thoughts?

You basically have parts of three systems

The headlights ONLY power comes direct from the ammeter black wire "welded splice" to the light switch B1 terminal. It does NOT power anything else.

The park/ tail/ dash are fed with a fuse in the panel to B2 on the switch.

I would start out front and find the grounding point for the headlights, screwed to the rad support, usually. If not that, suspect the bulkhead connector

Unfortunately there is no free download for a service manual. If you do not have one you should scare one up. Digital, paper repop, whatever

Also, in the case of a power surge, bad regulator, whatever, that causes too high charging voltage, it is possible that multiple lamps can be blown

I had weird problems similar to yours. One of the pins backed out of the steering wheel connector -my fault from pulling the column- and caused all sorts of mayhem.

You can pull the headlight switch. I've seen the plug to the switch melt and cause this. Reach under and find the little button on the side of the switch. Push button and you can pull the knob out and unscrew from the dash. JMO Not too hard to check.

The later models got a ground jumper from core support to batt' neg'. Before method to the madness, forward light ground went to a jumper at firewall to get back to the battery. Issue can be + or - . Good hunting
