Odball wheels

I know this isn't Mopar specific but when I was going to pick up my most recent car purchase I did a little picking on the property and found these strange wheels. I've never seen anything like them. Anybody on here know anything about what they could be?

It's solid aluminum. They're kinda growing on me

There were also various aftermarket ones designed to have a fake wire wheel basket over the thing. I always figgured they'd be a balance nightmare

Yeah I can't find any casting marks in them so I believe they're probably stock Diplomat wheels. I hadn't ever seen ones like that so I had to scoop them up. No idea what I'll run them on
