That's a late 57 Mopar air cleaner. Most people modify those to make 57 Dual Quad air cleaners. It has some pin holes in the top and the can. $125 shipped. PM if interested.
 
Good morning, as requested. Late is on the right, early on the left. Right Can has holes inside the silencer. Either air cleaner, $125 shipped. If you just want tops off the air cleaners, I can work with you somewhat. As I said, most people cut these up and make 57 dual four air cleaners with them. 57 Fury Photo attached for example...
