Ohm reading for a Fuel Sending Unit

Would anyone happen to know for sure the ohm readings for Full and Empty for a Mopar sending unit? I need to know the readings before buying some aftermarket gauges to replace the stock gauges in a 66 Barracuda instrument cluster that is going in my 65 Dart wagon.

For full you should be reading near zero ohms and for empty about 25 ohms of resistance. It's just a variable resistor. Hook up your leads from one end of the coil to the middle wiper and check to see that it varies as you move the float up and down.

I actually tested this a couple years ago when I installed the new tank and sender. Tank empty 55 ohms, full 8 ohms.
