I needed a rear sump pan for my AlterKtion equipped Cuda or I would have been all over this pan. That is a REAL NICE setup and a very good value. (IMO)

Maybe you know, that pan is for non-VVT engines only.

I have a 2006 5.7 out of a 300c. So no vvt here.

I called these guys Kevco, he made a oil pan for my swap, He made a pick up to use the factory stud on the main cap, truck dipstick,factory pan gasket, holds 1/2 quart more oil. Great guys to deal with. IIRC $430 ish shipped.
