Would I need some kind of adapter to put this on my Duster? Also it says drivers quality? which part of its not show quality?

Would not do right on a 4speed Jason because of manual steering would peel all the foam grip off the wheel just trying to do a quick turn..because grip is already loose @ 12 o'clock position...I think thats why a tuff wheel wasn't offered with manual steering 4speed cars ...and yes the adapter can is needed for install..I just dont want you to be unhappy with performance or quality...on another note just got a lead on a set of blue anodized moroso valve covers like your DC's..wheel also has an area where grip was torn before and mended back on about a 4inch section

Anytime man , yeah this wheel is best for power steering cars the diameter is also just 14.5 inches..way to small for manual steering

Is the horn pad the soft '71 style or the hard '72 style? Thank you.

It's the stock horn button for a 72 demon (hard)..
