my dad is helping me with my resto. I have rebuilt my 318 (bored .30 over) 340 x-heads and a 360 intake. mild-moderate cam. My dad was mentioning he though something like a 650-750 carb.

Yes! Several Nice Used ones = $85.00 shipped to you
      OR
      Two for $140. Shipped

I also have one that was rebuilt by one of the very best
Professional Thermoquad Rebuilders (Documentation on it
several places by the Rebuilder) It was put on the
car and then found out that a cracked intake was the issue and
not the carb at all 40 years ago even though
the Truck was only a couple years old
The Phenolic appear to be a Brand New One!
It is IMMACULATE and LIKE NEW!!

It is off my deceased friend's 1977 Pick up 360 With the
rare High Perf. 360HP Package with better Calibration
and has the larger 137 jets( Getting harder to find)!

I am happy to send pictures to you and think you would be pleased

      $125.00 Shipped to you

Are these carbs ready to bolt on or do they require a rebuild?

They look fine BUT remember they have been setting for 40 years.
Another problem is that I have sent a couple dozen out the last two
weeks AND two of them out of 25 = It looks like the Postal Service
played Kickball with them and dropped them out of the truck. I send them
Priority and Insured ($20+ out of my pocket) But the Post Office is what it is!
I would suggest to anyone - After getting them = Pop the top off and set floats
to 1 Inch and replace Accelerator Pump if it looks dried out at all.
Even the brand new one that he has (I will advertise in a couple weeks) -
If it was me + I would still check floats for height before installing on
      your car.

Here are two very nice used carbs (Sitting 40 years+)
      One is a 77 360 HP High Perf. and one is a 75 440.
Neither is a Lean Burn Junker. As you can see they are nice
and complete. The shafts are tight with no wear which is always
a problem if the carb has a lot of miles on it.
$85 for you choice or $140 for both.

The rebuilt one is also a 77 360HP High Perf. off my friends Truck
when it was a year or two old and he had it rebuilt by one of the
best rebuilder including new Phenolic. He then found out it had a
cracked intake manifold and but on an aftermarket manifold and carb.
      $125

All these include priority shipping and Insurance through the Post Office
