Parking brake cable

I have a 68 GTS H code that was missing it's parking brake system, I have a diagram and if you look at the lower right of the diagram it shows a threaded end on the cable going to the equalizer

, I can't seem to locate this cable any suggestions?

I found out the cable is call a Bruin Cable
