COOL.
Blue and white car, or the blue and red car? The white one was in Troy Mi. for a long time. Had the Level Cross tag on it.
Can't remember a more unusual looking mopar pro-stocker.

I did not like those wheel openings.

Here is another example of strange wheel cutouts on an early prostock.

Dual plugs. 65
I remember back in the day, that several racers experimented with the dual plug heads. At least one mounted the distributor(s) off the front of the engine and drove them with timing belts. Might have been one of the Missiles but I don't remember

Very cool looking, like dual plug hemis. Neither could have worked very well, or EVERYBODY would have done it. I loved the innovation of 70's Prostock racing....but hated NHRA for
wanting cookie-cutter cars.

I like the red /blue better
Think the white blue would be more famous

I remember seeing the car on Long Island at the PRO race in 74, it was pretty much brand new but like Bob Gliddens cars always did, looked like it had been flogged to death already. Everyone was excited to see it run but it may have been needed some sorting out because as I remember, unfortunately, it had issues and was not competitive for that race.

Nice job on the restoration Ron.

Pretty much EVERYBODY (top guys) did. Unfortunately, at that time they did not give any measurable horsepower gain but it was a given it helped the plugs stay cleaner when not at WOT.

Must of been something to it.....ALL the Gen III Hemis, have 2 spark plugs per cylinder (dual plug).

They had to use the DP on the Gen III to meet emissions standards….and make stellantis more money on tune ups.
