Hello
I put new Espo +2 springs on my Demon. That changed the rake of course. Does that change my pinion angle? Do i need to measure the angle?
Thanks, Etor

the springs will settle down wait and see if there is a vibration issue

It may have changed some but I’d drive and see if it vibrates. Was it correct before the spring change?

Other opinions?

The pinion angle changes the same amount on both ends when you raise or lower the rear, so you probably won't have any issues with it unless there was a problem before.

Tremec makes an app for smart phones for checking it if you want to.

Maybe a better question is, "do you know" what you are looking for? Ignore the driveshaft, the angle you want is between the crank centerline (transmission shaft) and the pinion. Figures I've see around here recommend starting out about 2 1/2* down at the pinion with the car properly setting on ground. That is again, down from the crank centerline, not ref. to ground.

Yes i know that. I will wait 2 weeks for the springs to settle a bit. And if i will have vibration i will measure the trans angle against the pinion angle.
