So my newly (kinda) installed 8.25 seems to have a leaking pinion seal, not so bad that it won't have fluid, but I've driven it probably 1000 miles and now the rear is chattering at low speed turns. Planning on adding more fluid and maybe limited slip additive, but is there anything I can do without pulling the whole thing apart to get to the seal to at least slow down the leak?

If it's chattering when you turn a corner you need to add the Sure Grip additive or limited slip additive whatever you want to call it now.

Even if the gear oil I'm using is marked for use on limited slip? I figured it was ok, but I was considering getting the Mopar Sure Grip additive soon.

If it's chattering going around the corner you do not have enough additive in it and you're probably going to start hurting the clutches.
