I am ready to put on the new Pitman and Idler arms for my 68 Barracuda (power steering). I was wondering if the bolt stud portion of each, that attaches to the center link, should be facing up or down? I have a shop manual that appears to show it one way for the A body and different for the B body. Thanks.

They came with a kit from PST. I order the kit to change the 9" drums up front to disc brakes and went ahead and ordered all suspension parts from tie rods/end/ball joints you name it for this front end. So you think they go up?

just did the front end in our dart. i put the new bolt in as the old one came out. facing up.

i don't think i could have got the bolt in facing down without raising the motor some..
