Its a 1975 Dodge Dart 4 door Custom
EGR time delay module, or EGR timer module, or EGR time delay switch
or other names. Chrysler Part number:

P/N 3874 300

I think I have one. I don't know if it's good or not, but you can have it.
 
Theres a junkyard by me in PA that has a 1975 Dart 4 door custom ive been pulling allot from it and it had one last i checked about a week ago ill be there again sunday if it is ill grab it for you.

Trash it, follow the wires, and kill it. Yank and plug the valve. Didn't this come up earlier? As soon as my new 70 Duster started the oozing, thay's what I did. Ran better.

The dripping of the potting resin doesn't seem to have any effect on the unit. I've had perfect looking ones that didn't work and ones without any resin left that worked fine. The resin will run off of them just sitting on a shelf. That stuff is a ***** to get off the firewall though........anyone with and tips for it's removal with having to repaint?
