Possible voltage issue

New report. I put everything together. Speedo cluster, tach,radio steering column etc. Ready to drive status. My new numbers and I checked these again after I showered and it held same.
Battery 13.35
R1 13.82
Blue wire off alternator 12.69
Green wire off alternator 1.70
Headlight don't dim bright
Dome light don't dim bright
Aftermarket voltage gauge don't bounce and at 13.5


By golly I do think it's fixed

Any thoughts?

Almost a half volt between the alternator and the battery?
How's that happening?
A volt between the alternator Batt and the Field in ?
Not good.
What rpm and what was the load?
