Power steering belt tension

I can’t figure out the best way to increase the tension on my power steering belt on the 66 Valiant. The 73 Dart is easy, there is a visible 1/2 inch socket connector. Not on the 66.

It looks like an older style.

I tried to search before posting.

I always just yanked on the pump by hand and tightened the bolt. Whatever you use to add force, don't pry on the pump reservoir. That's a sure way to get it to leaking. Is your belt slipping, or, you just don't have enough strength the tension the belt by hand? Sometimes the pulley will get very glazed and even a new belt will sometimes slip. When that happens, I bead blast the pulley groove to help the belt get a better grip.
