Ok this started as a rabbit hole.

I am planning a big block swap in my 67 dart. It currently has a stroked 340 with w5 heads and power steering.

Now a big block stroker and headers creates an issue with power steering.
I wanted to keep power steering and 2 inch headers for a potential 512 build.
This is where the rabbit hole started.

I had this column shifted steering column kicking around.

Now I went to the local wrecking yard with this thread on hand. $35 Electric Power Steering with Fail-Safe - No eBay module and no caster issues!!!

I found a 2010 nissan cube with the steering column that would work. $100 invested in this project.

I broke it down to what I was looking for.

Now the fun begins.
I made some spacers to fit the darts column to the power steering motor and welded them to the cubes shaft.

Now this is where I am at with the top tube bolted to the power steering motor

I can take more photos of dissassembly if wanted but that's the easy part. The solutions are the mind scratching time. It's a slow go as I have a few other projects on the go right now.
