I need my head examined ..lol
SURE YOU DO!
Looks like a great start for a ramp truck......
Yup, I'm a member of the "I need my head examined" club too. More projects than time. Here's my super questionable '59 COE purchase. I was thinking about making a car hauler out of it, but I really shouldn't give myself a way to transport cars long distance. I sure as heck know I'd have more coming than going if I did that!
I saw this truck on the CL finds thread. Considered it. But since it's in SD I figured it was just too far to drive the thing. Awesome buy! Does the tilt bed work?
I am gonna keep you in mind next time I need a load of rock! Hehehehe
Looks just like one of the 75 D 600s I drove at MODoT. 361-2 5spd/2spd. Great trucks. Nice find!
wow, thats a monster .. cool truck, the coe's bring good money
That is AWESOME!!!
So you need to sell it to me, that way you won't be tempted to put a perfectly good, running, driving car on the back.
You could always "stubby bob" it. Lol
lov than coe . @72bluNblu if you wish to sell it , just call me . i'm in calif sfba .
looks cool in the mod photo
We know a guy that could give you advice on how to do that...
Looks like an old DOT truck.
I think Black Widow had a part in it. That may have just bern the paint, though. For the metalwork, I heard him speak of a "blacksmith".
california's statey's are orange
? Probably do a frame swap from a fed ex van
wondering if maybe a guy could make this work for the front suspension USED 2011 Front Axle Beam Ford F53 7500GAWR, Monaco Monarch Gas RV Puller 28034 | eBay
That is for a class A motorhome chassis, I would bet it is too wide and very heavy.
