QA1 K-member oil pan clearance question

I have the opportunity to get a killer deal on a new qa1 k-member for my 71 Scamp with a 340. My question is: it's currently equipped with a milodon 7 or 8 quart ( I can't remember which one, this one hangs a 1/2" below the k-member) and I had to clearance my stock k-member a small amount for the front corners of the oil pan. Will the qa1 k-member have proper clearance or will there be interference? Thanks!

Forgot to add that the K-member is torsion bar and stock steering setup.

Do you have this same combination or one similar to it? Also, are you running the qa1 front sway bar with it as well?
