HELLO
I ADAPTED AN OLD A 500 CHRYSLER TRANSMISSION TO MY 1970 SCOUT 800B 4X4 VEHICLE. THERE IS ONE THREE-PLUG SOCKET (PARK AND NEUTRAL) ON THE TRANSMISSION. ONE 8-PLUG SOCKET (OVERDRIVE AND LOCKUP) AND ONE TWO-PLUG SOCKET I THINK. I NEED HELP AND DESCRIPTION ON WHAT KIND OF APPLICATION FOR OVERDRIVE AND LOCKUP FOR THE REVERSE LIGHT.

This sounds like a 4XRE rather than 4XRH. RE has the big multi pin plug AND IS ELECTRONICALLY SHIFTED. I thought I found out, but you need to verify, if interested, that makes a manual only shift kit for those.

The RH has a 3 pin neutral/ backup as well as a 3 pin to control lockup and OD

WTF?? Not listed? No more blue boxes? Have I gone senile?

Oh, here!! TFOD-3
