I am thinking of replacing the entire front and rear suspension in my 71 Challenger to bring it up to date and am considering a rack & pinion coil over system. I see there are a few products out there. Can anyone provide any feedback? I will be installing a 2013 5.7 Hemi in my Challenger and would love to have it handle like cars of today. I have heard that the Reilly Motor Sports system is a good one. Has anyone used this or any others?

................................. The altercation is a great set up.......bill also has a rear suspension set up if u really want to make ur car handle,....................kim...........

While I don't consider this necessary to making the car handle, the one thing that I do know about the RMS front end is that it can be had with late hemi mounts so that the motor drops in without guesswork. Schumacher may also have mounts for the late hemi and stock k-members.

I am in the process of putting a 2013 hemi in our 74 challenger. We are going to just upgrade the stock suspension and use a Borgeson quick ratio p.s. box for a modern feel. Hotchkis has their E-max challenger with their components to make them handle great. I personally cant see spending 7-8 grand to change to coilover in an E-body, there is plenty of room for the 3g hemis with the torsion bar setup.

Also they have the tuned shocks for the challengers too.

The RMS setup also has a reduced steering radius as well as limited adjustability.

HDK--Hemi Denny set up on the front and RMS rear set up on the back-Cost effective and tuck's the front wheels in very nice--Steve

RMS alter-k-tion. It's an awesome system. Customer service is awesome too.

Had in my 71 dart for about 5 years. Waiting to install it in to our 70 dart. Ow.
