“That’s my family, Kay. Not me.”
Hey, Ice, question for you: Which is the better movie: Godfather 1, or 2?
2 is the better movie.. but...i like 1 more... it's a tighter story and the baptism scene is perfection... but 2 is betterHey, Ice, question for you: Which is the better movie: Godfather 1, or 2?
In my opinion it’s #2, but my wife says #1.
“Tighter movie….” Never thought of it that way, but…..Yeah! Exactly!2 is the better movie.. but...i like 1 more... it's a tighter story and the baptism scene is perfection... but 2 is better
i think we can agree 3 is a crime against humanity that you can't unsee and leaves a stain on your soul by knowing it.....“Tighter movie….” Never thought of it that way, but…..Yeah! Exactly!
I still like #2 more, I guess because it “bookends” ( the beginning and the end) of The Family. Love the contrast between “then” and “now “, if you will.
Damn! Guess I know what I’m going to watch tonight!
Honestly, I’ve never made it through the whole thing! At least with bad Sci-Fi movies there’s no expectation of it ever getting any better, so you just sit there and laugh….i think we can agree 3 is a crime against humanity that you can't unsee and leaves a stain on your soul by knowing it.....
Sometimes during my lunch break I cue up people hearing Pink Floyd’s DSOTM for the first time, particularly the track “The great gig in the sky”. Hard to believe there are still people out there who haven’t heard it, but the reactions seem genuine enough that I believe ‘em.I like watching people on youtube watching 1 and 2 for the first time... since i can never do it again
yeah,.. i watch reactions of that to see who actually gets it and the ones that do it's great to seeHonestly, I’ve never made it through the whole thing! At least with bad Sci-Fi movies there’s no expectation of it ever getting any better, so you just sit there and laugh….
But Godfather 3? Man, I’ve tried, but I just can’t seem to make it through more than 30-45 minutes of it, and I think it’s because I know that things could be (and SHOULD be) so much better. So many possibilities turned out to be so much….crap? Waste? Frustration?
