Ok, I'm lowering the price to $100 plus shipping.

This is an original Z bar, the special bracket and the spacer from a 67 383 4 speed Barracuda with a 10 1/2 inch bellhousing. ( I took it off myself)

I have one of the attaching bolts (standard replacement bolt can be bought at a hardware store) I also have 3 new nylon bushing shells from Year One. (you'll need one more-Brewers has them for $1.95 each) Located in Savannah, GA again price lowered to $100 plus the ride.

NOTE: Brewer's website indicates that this part will NOT work with TTI Headers.

is there a frame ballstud required?

It uses the standard 67-76 A body ballstud and inner fender reinforcement bracket. If your car is currently (or was from the factory) a standard transmission vehicle. it will already be on the car. If you are converting from an automatic you will need to weld on the bracket.

I have the reinforcement bracket. The only ballstud I have is worn on the head but I will throw in both pieces if you need them.
