Over the weekend i ran into another feather duster owner and he was telling me about how i could convert my car to rear disc brakes vs drums by going to a yard and pulling the set up out of a 2000 grand cherokee and it virtually bolts right up and cost about 300. i was wondering if this actually works or if anybody had any insight or knowledge about this

Yeah disc have been transplanted onto drum brake rears. Conquer the park brake cable connections might require some fab work. Some owners have went the whole 9 yards only to find their wheels wont go back on. 14" ? 15" ? I don't know.

If you do a search, "LONG" ago there was a thread on how to do this.

They fit good on the 8.25 but need some fab work to adapt them to a 8.75. Wo had some from a 96 jeep and put them on a 8.25 in my son in laws dart.
