Ok it's not really a restoration, but it was a custom change and didn't know where else to share it.
I replaced the 6x9s in the trunk and wanted to add the speaker grills to the rear deck but I don't like altering something from original if it can't be undone. So I built a whole new piece that I could drill into.
Using a sheet of hardboard and some vinyl that luckily matched the texture of my seats, I manged to do this in a couple of hours. To be honest, I was considering using carpet, but pep boys was sold out at the moment (unless I wanted mossy oak colors) and the vinyl was half the price.
Overall, I'm happy with how it turned out. No speakers up front yet, I'm still working on redoing the dash. All the steps I took during this little project I posted on my site: http://zimnox.com/duster/
