Rear quarter window weather strip

I have some after market rear seat side panels. How do the weather strips mount to the finish panel or do they mount underneath some how. The weather strips say convertible. 67/69. Car is a 67. All the fuzzies are straight. Also what are the holes on top of the panel for,nothing under to screw them. Thanks

the weatherstrip clips onto a metal piece that screws into the metal frame area at the top(where the quater glass passes by)the interior panels go over top of the strips ,the domes for the toneau cover screw down into the same strip that hols the weatherstripping.
