I have had some modifications done to my rocker assembly. I had Mike at B3 racing engines make a relocation kit for my Harland sharps on my new Eddy heads. As a result I need to put on aftermarket valve covers for more clearance. The problem I’m having is the blower motor on the firewall is in the way and I can’t put passenger side valve cover on. Is there any easy way to remove the blower motor and shift it to the side then install the valve cover then put blower motor back. I don’t want to have to pull the heater box or go in from under the dash. Can this be done?

I’m just wondering before I switch out to another blower motor if the original motor can be removed easily from the firewall and then put back without having to get at it under the dash. I tried loosening the four nuts and pulling it away from the firewall but it wouldn’t move. Is it just stuck or am I missing something?

Not on my 64 Valiant. You remove the nuts from the firewall and it comes out.

The pics in the link are small. It was 11 years ago and I was a rookie with my camera . lol
